Deposits and Cancellations

Deposits and Cancellations: a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of one night's stay is required at booking. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. Fourteen (14) days before check-in, you are liable for the cost of the entire stay, regardless of whether your plans change, you leave early, or you decide not to visit. We will allow you to rebook your stay for a $50 fee if requested seven (7) days before your arrival date.

Discounts and Promotions

All reservations with a discount or promotional rate are due in full at booking and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Reservation dates cannot be changed.

Occupancy

Lodging rates are based on two-person occupancy per room. The fire code strictly defines occupancy. We reserve the right to ask you to leave should you not follow the occupancy requirement. You will be liable for your lodging costs on your reservation.
Children 12 and under are allowed at the Inn. Please let us know if you plan to travel with children so we may make the best suggestion for your stay.
Pets are NOT allowed in the historic home.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Check-out is before 11:00 AM. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM., please notify us when you make your reservation so we can welcome you upon arrival.

Accessibility

The Senator's Suite, parlor, breakfast room, and restroom are located on the home's first floor. All other rooms are only accessed by stairway. A ramp is not available to access the home.
